How it works

• Email team@packablepits.com with what you want — a name, a logo, an image, or an idea
• We quote it and tell you honestly whether it will cut cleanly at this size
• Design fee of $125 up front — once we confirm your idea cuts cleanly, pay it here. Credited toward your order if you buy 4 or more panels
• We send a proof for your approval before anything touches the steel
• Once you approve, we cut. After approval there are no changes, refunds, or returns.

Turnaround is 3 business days from proof approval, plus shipping. We send the proof within 2 business days of receiving your artwork.

What cuts well and what doesn't

Plasma cutting through 1/8″ steel has real limits. Fine detail, thin lines, small text, and photographic gradients don't survive — everything has to hold together as one connected piece of metal. We'll tell you before you pay if your idea won't work, and we'll usually suggest how to adapt it.

Artwork you send us

By sending artwork you're telling us you have the right to use it. Please don't send someone else's logo, copyrighted artwork, or trademarked design without permission — we'll decline anything that doesn't look like yours to give, and you're responsible for any claim arising from artwork you provided.

Our photos

We may photograph finished custom work for our site and social media. Tell us at order time if you'd rather we didn't, and we won't.
