Where we ship
Continental United States only (lower 48). We don't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. If you're outside that, email team@packablepits.com and we'll tell you honestly whether we can work something out.

How long it takes
Every panel is cut to order on our own table in West Palm Beach. We're two people, so here's the real timeline:
- Classic and Signature panels: ship within 2 business days — most orders go out the next day
- Orders over 12 panels: 3–5 business days, and we'll email you a firm date
- Custom panels: proof to you within 2 business days of your artwork, then 3 business days to cut and ship once you approve it
- Transit: 2–5 business days by ground once it leaves us
You'll get a tracking number by email the day it ships. If we're backed up, we email you before the deadline — we'd rather tell you than have you wonder.
How it's packed
Panels ship flat in double-wall boxes with protected edges, up to 4 panels per box. Larger orders arrive as multiple boxes, sometimes on different days.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the box and the panels before you do anything else, then email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace damaged panels at no cost to you. Keep the packaging until it's resolved — carriers require it for claims.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll reship once you cover the return and reship cost. Double-check your address.
