30 days, unused

Not what you expected? Return unused panels within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

"Unused" means never burned. Steel that's been in a fire is permanently changed — scaled, discoloured, seasoned. We can't resell it and we won't pretend otherwise. Light handling marks and surface rust from storage are fine; those happen to all carbon steel.

How it works

• Email team@packablepits.com with your order number and what you're sending back
• We'll reply with a return authorisation and the address
• Ship it back in packaging that protects the panels — the original box if you still have it
• Refund goes to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival

You pay return shipping. We're a two-man shop and can't absorb freight both ways on a change of mind. If the return is our error — wrong panel, wrong orientation, a defect — we cover it entirely and send a prepaid label.

What we can't take back

• Custom panels. They have your name or your artwork cut through them; they're worth nothing to anyone else. Design fees are non-refundable once cutting begins.
• Panels that have been burned
• Panels returned after 30 days
• Panels damaged by modification — drilling, welding, cutting, or grinding

Want different art instead of a refund? Say so in your email. We'll swap it and only charge the price difference, if any.
